Opening prayer by Pastor chidi

• Chairman Welcome Address

 He addresses the members and apologies for his late coming due to an urgent work he was called in to do. He asked the members who read the last month minute of meeting, if there is any adoption or suggestion in what was discussed. Also emphasized the vote of thanks for the women would be discussed in the course of the meeting.

• Meeting adoption

The meeting was adopted by mr Tony Obi and mr Lucas Onuoha

• Absentees

Two members where absent at the meeting in persons of mr Valentine Udeaja  and mr Segun Okunomo.

• Matter Arising from previous meeting
• Increment in vote of thanks for the women
• Increment of Members Monthly Dues

Hon Lawrence Ona brought up the increment of the vote of thanks, while Hon Tony Obi suggested the vote of thanks to the women should be increased to 100 euros which we can also increase our monthly dues from 10 euros to 20 euro. Mr Tony Obi concurred to the vote of thanks increment and also the monthly dues to be increased. Chief Kingsley Ihebinobia, agreed to the matter raised but emphasized the increment should not be hurriedly approved but looked into on a gradual process into the future.

Hon Tony Amachukwu disagreed on the vote of thanks increment giving reason towards the insufficient fund in the West Coast Association account, while Hon Joe Imoke suggested a way of bringing in income to the meeting by collecting 10 euros for late coming and 5 euros for noise making. Hon Godfrey Oghuma also disagree on the vote of thanks increment. He argued that our financial constraints do not permit us to increase the vote of thanks to our wives . Otherwise , we have to increase our monthly dues to cover the extra expenses .

• General

Hon Patrick Ezebuiro talked about accountability based on the flexibility and transparency of the finance, that whatever is done on the account, should be on electronic transfer. He also appreciates the union for the good response in turning up for the father-in-law’s service of song.

The chairman raised the opinion of Mother’s Day celebration. He also indicates there will be an elected committee to manage the celebration with new vice chairman to oversee it. The matter raised was adjed to the next meeting as opined by the chairman.

• Finance
• There was a discussion on transfer of money through electronic means due to repeated issues of failed transfer by some members. In other to curtail this situation, the discussion was moved to the next meeting agender.
• Total fund actualized on the 31^st of January, 2026 was 650 Euros. Cash given by hand was 430 euro while 220 euros was done through transfer.

Hon Lucas and Hon Lawrence adjourned the meeting. While the closing prayer was said by Kingsley Ihedinobi
