MINUTE OF MEETING
OPEN REMARK
The meeting held on 29th November, 2025. Hosted by Vitus Ononiba and opening prayer was said by king Ihedinobi and the chairman Ike owoh. The chairman addressed the last minute of meeting which he spoke about his work and the minute of meeting was adoption by Emmanuel obi and Lawrence Ona with 13 persons in attendance.

MATTER ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
Chairman raised the issue on the financial report of barbecue that the past financial debt has been handled by the finance team.
GENERAL
Godfrey spoke about the payment of €95.00 for the Platform(Nicepage) of the website he forgot to pay to the Provider which he acknowledge the mistake was from him and it has been resolved. The invioce was given to the Chairman and Secretary .
Ezeburo patrick inform the house about his late father-in-law service of song holding on 20th December, urging the west coast association to be present. Regarding the invite, the chairman Ike encourage everyone to show their support by attending the event. The chairman informed the house of the death of Vitus wife grandmother. Godfrey talked about the Belgium rule in terms of not making call while driving in other to avoid issues.
While Joseph asked a question regarding the announcement on the death of Ezeburo father-in-law, insinuating that he was supposed to come along with drinks while informing to the house. The formal chairman tony cleared the air that drinks can only be brought on the bases the information relates to celebrations and not burial. Senior man Lawrence asked if our wife lose their loved ones, are they entitled to the association benefit and the chairman respond yes they are. The chairmen states that from next year, members should make their payment directly to the bank either full payment or half and the house concord but Segun asked why, Godfrey and Patrick explained in details on what transpired early this year.
ADJOURNMENT
In the absence of no further discussion, Mr Godfrey oghuma moved the adjournment and supported by Tony Emmanuel obi.
